For the Return to Ribe quest, speak with Lila on the Sandras in Chapter 10.

Return to Ribe Walkthrough
For this quest, travel to the Ruined Capital of Ribe in Specular Bay.
Once there, disembark and a cutscene will trigger. Visit the three points around town that are marked by the green objective.
Afterwards, a cutscene will trigger and you’ll need to travel to the Floodgate Sluices in Ribe. When you arrive, another cutscene will trigger during which you’ll fish up a runestone fragment.
Once the cutscene ends, the quest will complete and you’ll receive the Abiding Love+.
