How to Start Dental Distress
To star the Dental Diesterss quest, you’ll need to speak with the Sullen Man on Seabreeze Street in Port.

The Sullen Man will tell you that he has a toothache and needs a cure. He’ll then ask you to purchase the Toothbrush of Hygienia from Inundo. The deadline for this quest is August 9.

Gather Info
While it’s unnecessary, you can travel to the Greatest Catch tavern in Angler’s Inn Square and speak with the Seasoned Man to purchase the “Village Trading: Port Brilehaven” intel. It will give you some inside information about what you can find in the village.
Travel to Inundo
To reach Inundo, you’ll need to head to the Gauntlet Runner and use the Round Table to plot a course for the village. Reaching it will cause a day to pass. When you arrive, you’ll find a little shop. Switch to the Key Item tab to find the Toothbrush of Hygienia for sale and purchase it.
Delver the Toothbrush
With the ultimate toothbrush on our person, return to the Sullen Man on Seabreeze Street in Port Brilehaven to deliver it. He’ll then quickly brush his teeth before completing the quest!
Rewards
After completing this quest, you’ll be rewarded with 15,000 and a gold beetle!
