How to Start the No Place Like Home Side Quest
To start the No Place Like Home side quest, you must speak with Hawker Huey in the Fallow Steppe, north of the first Meridian. He’ll tell you he wants to go home after a long day’s work, but he can’t due to the monsters swarming around his house. Huey then requests that the party deal with them for him, warning them about a stronger monster that seems to be the leader.

Drive off the Swarm of Monsters
To reach the house, head southeast of Huey. When you arrive, you’ll spot two Molebears and the Gem Valley Ochoro. The Molebears shouldn’t be much of a problem, but Ochoro is like fighting Sonic the Hedgehog.
Return to the Quest Giver
Once you’ve taken care of all the monsters, return to Huey. Let him know the monsters have been defeated to complete the quest. You’ll then be rewarded with the Purger of Evil skill seed, which shortens the duration of status effects by 50%.
