How to Start the Twice Reformed Mission
To start the Twice Reformed mission, you only need to wander around the city until you overhear some guards talking about it. (We were near the Med Bay!) Once you do, the mission will trigger.

Speak with Orahim
Speak with Orahim across from the Med Bay.
Meet Orahim at his Shack
Head southwest of Dazra to find Orahim’s Shack and speak with him inside. Select to sit down and Orahim will begin his tale. Agree to help him wipe out the Zealots and Khaslav.
Go to the Zealot Hideout
Travel northeast of Dazra to find the hideout and speak with Orahim outside.
Kill Khaslav
With Khaslav following you, approach the hideout, take out the two guards, and head inside the Sundered Stone Depot. Work your way through the relatively linear area, killing the enemies as you go. Make sure to loot their corpses as one will have a Khaslav’s Access Card! Alternatively, you can find this key card on a table inside a metal rectangular room near the door that needs this card to open.
After opening the door, follow the path a short way to stumble upon Khaslav who will give a lofty speech.
Attack Khaslav
After you kill Khaslav and his goons, loot his body to receive an epic weapon and credits then speak with Orahim. He’ll give you 200 XP and Orahim’s Deposit Box Key. To leave, head through the caged room where you’ll find a door you can open. It’s a shortcut to the outside! Return to Orahim’s Shack and use the Deposit Box Key to open the safe near the bed. You’ll receive 12,000 credits.
Attack Orahim
After you kill Orahim, you’ll be able to loot the following: Orahim’s Deposit Box Key, Light Particle Fuse (34) and Calibrated Va’Ruun Starshard. Afterwards, speak with Khaslav who will appreciate the exciting twist. You’ll get 13,000 credits and will then have the option to walk away or kill him. If you kill him (and his goons) and loot his body, you’ll receive an epic weapon and credits. To leave, head through the caged room where you’ll find a door you can open. It’s a shortcut to the outside! Return to Orahim’s Shack and use the Deposit Box Key to open the safe near the bed. You’ll receive 12,000 credits.
