How to Start the Words of the Wind Side Quest
To start the Words of the Wind side quest in Visions of Mana, you’ll need to speak with the Panicking Keshi in Longren, the Vale of Wind. He’ll tell Val about his love letter, which the wind blew away, and ask for help finding it. Based on the wind pattern, it’s most likely somewhere in the Aery Passage.

Find Keshi’s Letter in Aery Passage
To find the letter, exit Longren and head to the Aery Passage. Once you’re there, you should spot a search area just outside of town near the center of the northeastern area. Enter it, then head for the center.
Once there, look southeast for a small grouping of trees where you should spot a red/orange orb in their center. Head over and Interact with it to collect the letter.
Hand Over Keshi’s Letter
Now that we have the letter, bring it back to our panicking friend Keshi in Longren. This will complete the quest, rewarding you with 360 Lucre for your efforts.
