In order to start this quest, you’ll need to hack a computer terminal in Shattered Bridge.

Locate the area in the image
To find the area in the image, travel east of the Drill Outpost Charlie RDA Outpost to find the small portable building underneath a giant tree. Head inside then loot the comic book from the bed.
